"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"Even before our arrival only the day after cross border travel was allowed the hotel was very helpful explaining how they were operating with "social distancing and health precautions. On arrival and during our stay they were brilliant.....taking every health precautions, but making a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant arrangements were brilliant....the food was excellent, even though they apologised for a " reduced" menu and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.
