"Nous avons rencontré un gros problème ,annonce mal renseignée, une personne sur les trois était blessé au pied , pas de rampe pour atteindre le deuxième étage , dangereux à la montée et vraiment impossible dans la descente ( escaliers en colimaçon ), le couple d'amis qui m'accompagnait ont du dormir à l'hôtel, double frais , il est évident que nous ne sommes pas satisfait de ce séjour pour faute d'informations sur les lieux . "The hotel is in a great location. The pool is lovely. Staff were helpful. The room was only cleanish. Bedding and everything was clean, but a lot of dust and missed bits. The drains were clogged. The worst thing was no room service. Even with a a kitchenette, in a hotel I expect them to clean. This is likely why things had slipped."
