"The property is impeccably, neat tidy, and clean. It is pretty far off the beaten path to get up there, and the views weren’t quite as exciting as I was expecting. We were disappointed that there were not more services available, for example to manage our luggage, but the young lady at the desk did the best she could. The breakfast was phenomenal! The food quality was exceptional. The room itself was very small and cramp Fish. But the bed was very nice and everything was very orderly and organized. I thought it a bit pricey for the level of accommodations that it was."

"This hotel is in a good location for the champagne Avenue it is just a 5 min walk away. The staff are not very customer focused and gave no information without being asked. Breakfast is ok if you like continental but do not use the egg warmer it takes 15 minutes for an egg to be cooked. The toaster is up to high for short people like me to be able to us ethe tongs to retrive it. The spaces is very limited and when busy you can wait for a while to get a cup of coffee or tea. The big one was no air con in the room as it was still the cold season so the reception man said so no aircon just heat. when we went the weather during the day was very hot and so the room on the 1st floor was very hot and opening a window when there is no breeze was pointless."

"Excellent!! The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We stayed for two nights while visiting champagne houses. The absolute best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel! Over the top delicious with champagne cake, too! Absolutely recommend. Some rooms do not have elevator access so be prepared to carry luggage up many stairs."

"Excellent position in the village, amazing staff extremely helpful and welcoming to the hotel, and provided great advice on availability of restaurants in the village and Epernay. Very secure garage for parking and a good breakfast choice. Pool. Looks great although we didn't use it. Highly recommended.. "

"I loved this hotel. It is a bit of walk to the heart of town, but en route you will find many wine tasting rooms and beautiful villas. My room was elegant and the staff were lovely. I stayed here in March so the pool wasn't open yet, but it would be a special place to stay in the summer. The breakfast was excellent and everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful in making suggestions about champagne tastings, restaurants and excursions. "
