"We've just checked out after staying there during Paris' extream heatwave. No matter how lower I set the AC, its temperature won't go down than 25 or 26 degree. When I reached out to the managing team, they said that it is the best when considering the outside temperature almost 40 degree. So we had to endure the mediocure room temperature eventhough we paid quite alot for the room. We checked in another hotel and found its AC is working perfect and very comfortable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la baignoire était complètement bouchée (l'eau stagnait indéfiniment) et que la toilette était défectueuse. Pour couronner le tout, Paris traversait une période de chaleur excessive et l'hôtel ne comportait aucune climatisation dans les chambres. "The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel. So I'm very happy and very satisfied😊 Location is perfect too, just walking distance from Sacre Couer and there are loads of shops and cafe/restaurants...
