"Situated on a hill overlooking the mountains and Lake Geneva, the castle is a beautiful property. The restaurant options were limited, but the preparation and presentation were excellent. Our waiter was outstanding, but some of the wait staff were not as attentive as we would have expected for the quality of the property."

"It was the perfect place to crash before an early flight. The room was clean and just what we needed. We did not get breakfast but when we walked by it looked like a wonderful spread. The staff was helpful and upbeat even with checking in at 23:00. The walk from the train station was well described if not the most comfortable late at night."

"The staff were very good Breakfast good and fresh. The place is great . However, This place is not quite suitable for daily commute to Geneva. Public transport 4 and M ends early and if you finish late it’s a challenge you have to walk a long distance . One day I waited 1 hour for Uber from the border to the Hotel 2.5 kms from around 10 pm and only got to hotel after 11 pm."

"Tiny room at end of corridor but ticked all the boxes. Clean, white linen and comfortable bed. Free wifi in room. This is in a separate building from the main hotel where you have to go for Reception and the bar and restaurant. I didn't ate at the hotel so can't review though like most places in Geneva it was expensive. There are petrol stations with small supermarkets and an Aldi nearby and a large malls short bus ride away. I was going to a concert near the airport so wanted to stay close...

"Déjeuner bon service"

"The room was tiny- but it was correctly advertised. This was the first day of our trip and we did not know it would actually be the best shower we encountered. The showers around the rest of Switzerland were leaky, at best. We mainly found bathtubs everywhere. We knew there was no air-conditioning, but we’re surprised by how warm the room was during the day. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The bus ran right in front of the hotel, so getting around was easy."

"Hotel was close to GVA airport and a plus was they had a buffer restaurant onsite, SeaZen was wonderful."

"This hotel is clean, the staff are professional, the rooms are large with high ceilings and modern amenities. There are restaurants close by and a Coop grocery that sells fresh, warm food that are reasonably priced, next to it. That is If you want to save money from dining out. There is a souvenir shop beside it that sells items that are similarly priced, some lower than the Duty free shops in the airport. "The check in key on my phone is new to me. Once I worked it out, it’s very convenient to use. The design of the unit is very creative. The sizes of the bedroom and the kitchen can be changed depending on the needs. I loved it! The interior design is very artistic.
