"너무 좋았던 숙소입니다. 도착했을때 마중나와 주셨고 친절하게 자세한 설명도 잘 해주었습니다. 문의사항이 있을때 빠른 답변도 좋았습니다. 친구 4명이 머물기에 충분했고 공간이 넓고 쾌적해서 집같이 편안했어요. 상하이 중심부 와이탄, 신천지등이 차로20~30분거리에 있었고 숙소 바로앞에 스타벅스,맥도날드, 릴리안등 음식점들도 많아서 좋았습니다. 또다시 상하이에 간다면 이 숙소로 갈거같아요! "

"it is walking distance to major subway line 2 which runs from hongqiao airport through city center to Pudong airport. you can basically take subway to go to all major spots in the city. plenty of dining options and western bars nearby. a ALDI grocery around the corner, starbucks coffee."

"I think their breakfast area was under construction and wouldn't recommend having breakfast there in saying that we were luckily the hotel room we had was complete house so no problem for us at all i actually enjoyed my stay there very friendly staff. "

"The room is at the top of a „shopping mall“ (not a very clean one, people are cooking at the floor and smoking). The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. You get one time towels and there was hair from the people who stayed there before. "

"We had to get 2 rooms. The room we rented was supposed sleep 6. We had 5 people and had to do 3 in one room and 2 in the other. The rooms were small but serviceable and the service, towels etc. was acceptable. Don’t expect any frills but the metro station was across the street and there was plenty dining options. "

"We had a truly wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, especially toward my son. They made him feel so welcome, and he had the best time. We had to check out early, and I was worried we’d miss breakfast, but the team thoughtfully packed it for us. That level of care really stood out. The location couldn’t be better. It is right inside the IFC Mall and just steps from the Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower, and Jin Mao Tower. You’re in the heart of Lujiazui with some of the most iconic views in Shanghai. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the window was breathtaking—both day and night. After we left, I was surprised to receive an email from the hotel letting me know we had forgotten my son’s notebook. I hadn’t even realized it was missing until they reached out. That kind of attention and follow-through made me really grateful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Shanghai—luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality all in one."
