"This is a beautiful, small boutique hotel. Very gracious staff and the rooms were immaculate and modern. Delicious breakfast. We had a stunning view of the port from our balcony. Highly recommend if you visit Chania!"

"Immediately after noticing that there was no working air conditioning in my room I went back to the front desk in hope for a solution. I was told that there was not another room available for me that had air conditioning and that this was my only option. I requested for a cancellation but my request was refused. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever come across and would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Our stay at Anotolia Charming was so amazing, the room and the service were both superb. Only a short stroll from the old port with shopping and restaurants and an amazing vibe all round. The lady at the desk was so helpful and assisted us with several local calls to retrieve some items we had left on another island - we can't thank her enough!! Definitely stay here you won't regret it!"
