My issue is that when we arrived I was not told about our executive room getting access to the lounge with drinks and a small continental breakfast. It caused a lot of confusion and I had to go to the room to contact Hilton. "Very disappointed. This is not a four star hotel. We paid a four star price. Our room was cramped and very old. Bathroom door is rotted on the bottom. There was only one wine glass for the included bottle of wine. Coffee crystals instead of nespresso??? Hair dryer fell apart. No outlet for charging a phone on left side of the bed. Nope. Not worth the price."
