"Our air conditioner was not working in the room. We mentioned it to the staff at reception. We asked for a fan at least. He said his colleague would bring it but no one brought it. There was carpeting in hallways & rooms they needed to get cleaned. The breakfast was good & we had a dinner there & it was good."

While the hotel was convenient for airport travel, I have been disappointed by the handling of a concern that I raised during my stay. Before checking out, I reported a missing personal item to the front desk and was advised that the matter would be looked into. I later followed up by telephone and was again informed that an investigation would be conducted. Since then, I have been waiting for some form of update...
