"Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck."

"Came here over 4th of July weekend. Hotel seemed quite full. Next to no parking and when we did find a space, it was quite a distance from the room. In the late hours (after midnight) people congregated in the halls and it was noisy. Some person even bumped into our door. In the room above us, noise from stomping of feet echoed through the ceiling. Needless to say, we were unable to fall asleep as our security was impaired. "The room had ants everywhere. The hotel room was old and only the bed may have been updated. You had to walk down the street to another hotel to check-in. The hotel should be closed. The sister hotel down the street appeared to be much better. I would not recommend this hotel unless you don’t mind ants crawling all over everything."

"Exceptional location - quick walk to the VH ferry. Bus stops right outside the motel as well. Staff went above and beyond and the room decor was so cute!! Will def stay here again. Only thing that would put it over the top would be to get the outside shower working."
