Staff was great! Room was great too until we saw roaches going in and out of the TV box on the dresser. The 2nd floor ice maker wasn't working which was inconvenient.

I would have gave it a 5 but the ice machine was broken on my floor. Check in was the best experience that I have ever experienced. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to others who visit the area.

Charleston Creekside Inn
Room was clean. Looks recently updated. Mattress was too soft. We had a king bed and it pitched us both to the middle. The baseboards in the bathroom need to be replaced. They were completely separated from the wall. Otherwise it was a decent stay for 2 nights. Staff was friendly.

Great hotel!!! Would stay over and over again. The rooms are modern, spacious and uniquely laid out. The staff was always friendly and quick to say hello.
