"Other than seeing a woman's dog swimming in the swimming poo whenl the sign clearly says no pets within the pool area? Or the washing machine not working and requiring a credit card Or the breakfast that had pork in it that I couldn't eat. Or these fake alarm calls. Etc."

"Do not recommend this property. The guy at the counter had no shoes on and Hardly talked, he didn’t seem to know what’s going on. Not very clean at all and like every other review the tvs in the rooms do not work at all. The room smelled bad and had stains on the sheets. That being said we stayed one night and cancelled our other two at this property and had no issues getting a refund, they were nice about it. Showers were the best part of the stay they were actually pretty nice. I would not go...

"First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. Kindness is a rarity but it goes so far and speaks volumes about a person. God bless Sheena in all that she does to help strangers feel...

"The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix."
