"Reception and check in was the best of all the experience in the hotel. Pool didn’t work. Breakfast was poor. The entire place looked shady, maybe be because we arrived late at night. We checked out next morning as soon as possible."

I can understand that you might be short staffed when it comes to housekeepers but there is no excuse that there are no wash clothes or hand towels at 11:00 am, especially when there are two capable front desk workers doing basically nothing...well they were chatting with another worker on end. "I had a 12:30 am arrival time so my husband and I decided to stay in a hotel instead of driving an hour back home. The shuttle bus was prompt and the driver very friendly. When we arrived, as I was walking through the lobby, I could tell this hotel's management took alot of pride in making sure your stay was an excellent experience. "There were definitely some things that needed to be fixed. The walls had obvious patches. The tub- you could only use the shower as the water wouldn’t come out of the faucet and the plug didn’t work well. There appeared to be some old toothpaste on the wall near the sink. The little headrest on the couch was partially broken. We had to ask for a coffee pot as there wasn’t one in the room not sure if it was removed for cleaning as the other coffee goodies were in there. Breakfast was...

"This is the 2nd SpringHill Suites we stay at in 1 week and it did not disappoint! Immediately when we entered the hotel- you can tell they take pride and care of the hotel! Smells amazing when you walk in the hotel. Room (223) was spotless, extremely clean, room was nice and cool when we walked in, crispy linen, spacious room, spotless sofa, frig, micro. Bathroom was super clean and spotless- the shower was perfect! We didn't have the detachable shower heads but it was still great! Halls...

"The room was poorly cleaned. In fact, I would not walk barefoot on those floors. I requested to have the room cleaned and they supposedly did. I went back to the room and it was still the same. There was a long piece of hair on the bathroom door from the moment I checked in to the moment I left the hotel. The room was supposedly cleaned three times during my stay, yet the long very visible hair was never removed. Overall dirty, the elevator floors were also very dirty."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen. If you need a cook top and pans all you have to do is ask the front desk. Fridge was a little smaller than pictured but still big enough. Breakfast was good. Every morning had a slight change in the menu which we enjoyed."
