I would suggest to make sure that there is no animal hair or dust not sure which one it was but my daughter had a allergy attack in the room same for me as well had a lot of sneezing and congestion. I know it is a pet friendly hotel which is fine but I would make sure there is something used to help with the pets that may have been in the room prior."

"The floor in the room wasn’t clean and the toilet didn’t flush properly. When I called downstairs nobody answered the phone so I had to go down and tell them to send someone up to fix the toilet. It was fixed when I returned later that day. "

"I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting...
