"BEWARE! WE GOT BED BUGS! Also, our room had a broken toilet and phone so we were moved. The second room had a broken bathroom fan that LOUDLY screeched to the point that we didn’t even shower or turn on the light, which was on the same switch. The room had broken window blind levers. There were no blackout curtains so the room was bright. The 8.2 rating is deceiving. Sure, the staff were nice, but just spend a little more money and stay somewhere better. "The staff was amazing, the room was great. The website says there's an airport shuttle - which I was told was WRONG when I called to ask for timing. That was a little off-putting, since I chose the hotel in part for that shuttle. But everything else was tip-top, and I'm happy to have chosen SpringHill Suites anyway. "
