"Upon arrival, I was greeted with the news that the hotel had oversold their King rooms. We were given 2 Queens. If those were queen beds, I'd be surprised. Very small and very uncomfortable. Was told I'd receive $189 back as compensation, however I have yet to see it. The people next door played music and were very loud until the wee hours of the morning. They also greeted us every morning by being loud in the hallway and slamming their doors. So much for the claim of quiet times between 10pm and 9am. They also didn't clean our shower. Very disappointed in this hotel."

"Hotel next to a homeless shelter. Very much at the end of town. Valet didn’t help me take my stuff out of the car."

"TV Never worked, in room coffee maker worked 3 times, breakfast OK, coffee not available after 6 pm, room towels o ly changed once, beds comfy, quiet, limited on site parking - used parking garage that was OK, front desk staff friendly, but no sense of urgency or recalling caring about issues."

"Great fun. From the Pool, Poolhouse bar, on-site coffee shop, ping pong, karaoke night… we had an absolute blast. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Will definitely be back!"
