"The toilet is too high, which is very unfriendly to people under 1.75 metres, and they can't even step on the ground. The sewer is too slow to drain. After taking a shower for a while, the water is almost waterproof."

"Great location, disappointed though by the level of service. We tried to book a spa session in person, the receptionnist did not want to do it, asked is to do it online and by the time we got though their on line system, it was all sold out. The parking attendants were also not very helpful Otherwise ..."
