"The hotel's boiler was not working and they did not have hot water. The boiler could not be fixed until Monday. We asked for hotel recommendations and they had none. We were late for an event by two hours. It was a horrible expereince."

"The room is clean. They provide good breakfast options. Parking is almost occupied but you can still find a few spots during the night. Parking is free."

"Clean room, fridge and microwave were appreciated. No soap in shower but i always being my own anyway. We were in an accessible room which I hadn’t expected but it was all fine."

"Room was clean but had several flys circling inside the room. We planned to use the hot tub but discovered it was dirty (green) and located outside. Staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"Christina helped us at the bar with dinner and always greets us so warmly. Not only was she there working at 8:30 at night but we saw her at breakfast as well. Every single interaction with her has be so warm, welcoming and enjoyable. She’s such a magnetic person. "

"The room was good, and had no concerns there. The only issue was that the fire alarm kept going off. It lasted about 20–25 minutes and occurred around 2 a.m."

"Heading to our room the wall said “Ice Machine and Vending Machine” but there was only the ice machine. The vending machine was on the other side of the hotel. The bar/restaurant drinks and food weren’t very good. They had construction going outside but it didn’t interfere with our stay. "

"This could be a wonderful Motel 6, unfortunately the long term residents set off their car alarms and drive in and out with car radios blaring and stare down from the balconies at guests. All seemingly on purpose, either to get the prices lowered or just to be a nuisance. The AC was broken, both ice machines were broken and the first room smelled awful. The woman that checked me in was very helpful and the night gentleman was not. Bring earplugs and your own ice. Will not stay again. "

"I’m always amazed that chain hotels that are supposed to be professional in the sleep business neglect so many aspects of it. Parasite lights (clock, microwave, etc). This room had a huge gap at the door with the light of the corridor beaming into the room at night. AC making a jet sound when starting with weak cold air that could not maintain proper temperature. To say the least I did not spend a quality night of sleep. "

"The tv remote wasn't working. I called the front desk and he told me to pick up a new remote from the front desk. That one didn't work either. I gave up. When I checked in, there was no one at the counter for 10 minutes and no way to get anyone's attention. When the guy showed up he said he was "wandering around the hotel." He checked me in and never said one word about an extra $100 deposit he charged for "incidentals." I didn't know about it till the next morning when I saw the money being...

"No bath towels or toilet paper in the room when we checked in. Random hairs on the bed and on hand towels. Room smelled terrible of cigarettes, there was also a giant crater in the middle of the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Front desk lady was super nice and informative. Definitely looked better online than in person. "
