"Very clean and nice hotel "

"Room recently looked to be redone but overall had a damp smell to it. Enough so I went out to buy an air fresher after the first night. Pool area and lobby were nice. Parts of the room including signage, thermostat, etc were super old looking."

"The room was simple, neat and clean, and the bed was quite comfy. What really stood out to us, though, was how incredibly kind all of the staff were. We were greeted as we checked in, greeted any time we passed staff - everywhere we turned there were friendly employees eager to answer questions or give directions. It was so very nice. On top of that, the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious - sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and a make-your-own-waffle...

I had an issue with the front desk rep telling me that I would have to use the restroom in the lobby (3 floors down) because it was after hours and no one was there to fix. "The hotel was quite run down, with chipping paint, and trim, bubbles on the ceiling where leaks had happened, a dirty bathtub and a noisy refrigerator that sounded like a running truck. When it stopped, it sounded like the truck ran over a dozen coke bottles. The furnishings looked 50 years old, with dings and scratches. "The hotel was decent overall. I will say the lobby felt more modern compared to the Hyatt. We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was. The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response....

"There are roaches in the room i stayed in.. Smelled like a run down motel from the 1980s Furniture looked like they found it at a garage sale. I was there a total of 3 hours out of a stay from thursday Night to Monday morning. I want my money back!!! I went .7 miles away to la quinta inn. Immaculate rooms, staff is actually a person on site, not some guys face on a kiosk in some other country. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"
