They refused to give me a refund because I "was in the room for 1hour", according to the time I checked in. I had a lot of things to unload, had to look for the hotel cart and I tried to get a hold of them over the phone but nobody answered and there was nobody in the lobby. 1 hour is reasonable for unloading, documenting the issues and try to communicate.
