"The room was clean as it could be. It was in big need for maintenance. Walla were dirty. Tub had repaired spots and the overflow cover was handing by a screw. The light fixtures were old and needed cleaning. Broken furnishings. The kitchen was nice but empty of items. I later found the brochure that said you can ask for kitchen items in the office. The kitchen light switch didn’t work very well… The garbage in the back was overflowing into the parking lot where our room was. No hairdryer. But...

"I would not recommend this hotel. It was the noisiest room I had stayed in ever. Air unit on the roof. The door to the bathroom was a big joke. It was so old, the rollers were worn-out and made noise we could not stop. They also didn't clean the room two days. So, I am done with Best western Plus. Sorry it is the truth, Very unhappy customer."

"Had to buy toilet paper because they were out for almost the entire week that I was there. Also, the key cards decided to stop working and since it was after 10pm both times, I had to sleep in my car. The staff was very unhelpful and stated that the managers are the only ones that could issue a refund or compensate for new nights but they live in another country. Also, not very clean. And it was very hard to get new towels in a timely manner. Waited a whole day for new towels."

There was no way to secure the windows on the first floor room. There were many vagrant types of people in the neighborhood. Do not recommend"

"The price was good. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly, doing the job. The room was great! Good size with a recliner and the bathroom was a good size. I had a king bed that slept well. I think there are people actually living in some of the units and many homeless in the area so the property felt questionable but there is security and they moved people off that weren't supposed to be there. It's near a ramp for the freeway but noise was not a problem. I would stay again."

"This property is under maintenance but the staff is doing everything they can to keep customers happy. The hallway carpet is dated and the rooms need renovations. The hotel is working on it, but it is clean. I like the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Breakfast was optional, but it is cooked to ordered. The cost of the breakfast is worth the price due to food inflation. I did not use the pool, but it appears clean and ready for use."

"The only thing I would like is a microwave pretty much everything else all done made it easy were good. It’s pretty nice. Just would like to see an optional of getting a microwave."
