"Ailemle gittim , 2 yıldır üst üste gidiyoruz. Konum ve şartları çok yeterli. Resepsiyon çok yardımcı oldu. Giriş saatinden önce ofaları hazırlayıp verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu."

"Hotel's location was abit far from the ski center, but the around of the hotel was beautiful~~~we loved it.
the food was so good from the resturant too."

"Very poor wi-fi.
Right now there is construction and a lot of noise.
I believe owners were supposed to inform about construction on there website.
Mosquitoes in the room and they doing nothing to eliminate this issue.
I was staying in this hotel 5 or 6 times and everything was great.
Now is new owner and all respect to customers gone.
Suggest to avoid this hotel for your stay in Plovdiv."
