After many attempts we managed to get though to someone who literally said he was unable to help us. After half an hour of wait and worry, a young lady passed by and whom we asked for assistance. Thankfully, even though she wasn't a member of staff, she manged to direct us to a room (room17) and provided us with towels. The whole room was dirty and there...
