"This is a great hotel! Love the free Starbucks Coffee in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel has a great pool / hot tub and restaurant."

The room we were given was clean, but none of the additional door locks would lock due to a bent door frame and missing strike plate, even the security latch wouldn't...

There was a strip of paint coming off the ceiling, there were whiskers in the sink from someone shaving, there were clumps of hair on the floor, hair on the sheets and pillowcases, there was a part of a wrapper on the floor from the bar of soap, a hair tie on the floor, when I turned the shower on, black particles came out of the faucet, and the entire room was generally dirty. In order to close the shades, I needed to use a clip from the hanger to keep the shade closed....
