"The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet which I added was delicious with plenty of food to choose from. The room had great air and heat to make sure we were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating."

The only reason I gave a four star review was because the laundry dryers are absolutely terrible… you could literally spend a hundred dollars trying to dry a load of clothes lol. The only other and main reason for me as a celiac, was food was such an issue and no one has much knowledge in Japan on gluten. (most places thought gf meant vegetarian) If you don’t have food issues then for sure this hotel is a 5/5! It’s clean, organized and friendly. "
