"I want to give a shout out to the maintenance person (didn't get his name, sadly). After checking in we realized our toilet wasn't flushing adequately, so the front desk person called in a maintenance right away. The maintenance person showed up within 10 minutes. He was super friendly, fixed it within a couple of minutes and was just delightful. I hope he's paid well. :)"

"I love all when staying in the hotel room. Only staff services, there is still room for improvement. I expected amenities for sleeping in the sofa bed had been enough provided in the room before we came because we booked for 4 people when there was only one bed. Deposit money should be reduced, 1-2 days instead 5-10 days "
