We had a very pleasant stay and good value. Good base to explore the beautiful coastline, Cádiz and Jerez. We thank Fran for his attentiveness at the bar and at breakfast time on the patio.

El servicio es para quedarse el sombrero

Repetiremos si vamos a la zona, seguro. El Hotel está muy bien, no parece un 2 estrellas. Salvo la mampara de la ducha y el colgador de jabón de la misma, todo está muy bien. Pero ese pequeño detalle se compensa con creces con el servicio del Hotel, super amable, muy por encima de lo habitual muchos de ellos, como Mohamed y muy especialmente José María, que consiguió con su amabilidad que hayamos hacho más desayunos y comidas en el Hotel de las que hacemos habitualmente en los hoteles donde nos quedamos. Super atento y super amable incluso se sabía nuestros nombres la primera vez que entramos en cafetería. Hemos podido vivir experiencias en moteles y en Hoteles de 5 estrellas, tanto en España como en China donde tienen fama por la cantidad de personal que tienen, pero un trato tan correcto, educado y a la vez tan personal no hemos recibido nunca. Ha sido una experiencia increíble haber podido disfrutar en este Hotel de esa calidad de servicio. Es lo primero que hemos comentado con la familia al volver a casa. ¡Muchas gracias! El hotel tiene una piscina pequeña pero agradable. La cafetería tiene un patio con plantas muy chulo, está bien de precio y se organizan espectáculos.

Bien pero...

Para ser un dos estrellas se puede decir que ofrece buenos servicios, especialmente las cafetería, el patio y la piscina. El trato de los empleados es muy amable. El entorno no es agradable porque está situado en una avenida-carretera rodeado de casas sin zonas para pasear y algunas calles están oscuras y los edificios deshabitados.

Charmant hotel a recommander près centre et plages

Charmant petit hotel avec un patio pour se restaurer, plein de fleurs, et une grande piscine. Tout le personel est charmant et très gentil. Déjeuner continental, mais très varié et à la demande sans changement de prix. A 2 pas une multitude de petits restos et tapas, pharmacie et supermarché et malgré tout très calme. Parking gratuit devant l'hotel

Hemos estado 3 noches y todo muy bien. El hotel muy tranquilo, agradable y limpio..igual que la piscina. El personal muy atento y el desayuno muy rico. Nuestro estancia fue una experiencia muy recomendable, y nos volveremos sin duda.

Good and not so good points - awesome staff!!

The staff were superb - couldnt have been more helpful!! They spoke little / no English which isnt a problem for us as we speak Spanish, but everyone of them was brilliant! The downsides? the bed was uncomfortable, there was no fridge in the room and no hairdryer - having stayed at a hotel 15 mins away prior to coming to this one that had both and cost less. But upside - close to lovely restaurants and right on the bus route into Chiclana and also to the Stunning Barossa Beach. There is parking outside, but we were on a motorbike so worried re security - the staff opened up a locked side entrance for us to use, and it was no problem for them to unlock it and re-lock it everytime we came and went - felt much happier the bike being away from the roadside parking.

Nichts für die Wintermonate

Sehr freundliches Personal, kostenfreie Hotelparkplätze vor der Tür, kostenloses WiFi im Zimmer. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Für Aufenthalte in der kühleren Jahreszeit nur bedingt geeignet, da das Klimagerät das Zimmer nur notdürftig erwärmen kann. Im Badezimmer gibt es überhaupt keine Wärmequelle. Die Duschkabine ist sehr eng.

Excelente atención, completamente personalizada. Es un dos estrellas así que no se pueden pedir excesivas comodidades. Las habitaciones son sencillas con una tele pequeña. Bastante limpio y bien atendido.

Pas d'eau chaude et hotel bruyant

Nous étions deux dans la chambre et mon épouse n'a pas pu se doucher du fait du manque d'eau chaude. C'est scandaleux compte tenu du tarif excessif de la nuité. Pas d'insonorisation on entend les aller et venus dans les couloirs bruyants, carrelage au sol. Les stores ne fonctionnaient pas
