"This was a perfect spot do our family of four (children ages 5 and 8.) Easily accessible from the train station and within steps of a water bus stop. The hostess is absolutely lovely and incredibly thoughtful and helpful. The room we stayed in was enormous with a huge bathroom and all of the amenities you could possibly desire. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the Guglie Alilaguna stop. 20/25 minute walk to St Marks with lovely restaurants at your doorstep. Breakfast was great & sets you up for the day. Couldn't have been happier with our stay here."

"Standard Continental Breakfast, but does the trick. Staff is exceptional. Location is nice and quiet, but 10-15 minute walk from major attractions. Rooms were clean. Decor is a little old, but basically need room to get some sleep and shower. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for the fantastic staff."

"Cute room with nice location. Small room that overlocked a narrow street but I know that and was happy to have a clean place with breakfast provided. Very helpful staff. Note that the marketing represents the property is air conditioned, but in fact they turn off the air conditioners during the winter season. I was informed I could open the window for the cooler air. "The room was really nice, and was very clean and spacious, free drinks in the fridge and bits for the bathroom. Plenty of towels and option to clean room. However, no antibacterial soap in the bathroom. Unfortunately can’t more stars as check in was very difficult, with unclear instructions.
