"Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive. We found a different hotel after the first night. The restaurant was also less than mediocre. I would not stay here again and would recommend others find somewhere else.’plenty of options "

Wine bar was closed so that was disappointing so not able to have a quiet drink, it was the week before Easter so maybe they shut down the good stuff when it’s not busy. The restaurant and the casino bar are too noisy etc for a relaxing evening. "

"Awesome stay, everyone very friendly, good breakfast, less than a ten minute walk to the beach and the corner store. No other an amenities. It would help to have a car if you need to get around. Also if flying in it would be better to fly into the airport in Puento Del Este not Montevideo."
