"This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and a lot of that was due to the incredible staff, who were all so unbelievably kind and professional, and committed to making your stay so special. The service was unmatched. As for the hotel itself, everything is so thoughtfully curated and as classy as it is cozy. Everywhere you look is something beautiful. Our room was something out of a storybook, super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower. Could not recommend this place more....

"The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. There wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the property itself. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and any questions easy to deal with."

"Stayed 2 overnights at Motel One and was very pleased. We loved the balcony in our room. Luckily, we came after the heat wave because our room on the 7th floor must have been very hot! It was in a great location, (walking distance to the train station), the breakfast was nice and the bar was open 24/7. I would stay there again."

"Hébergement plutôt bien situé, entretenu pas loin de l'hypercentre avec bouche de métro et tram à moins 5min de marche, Hébergement propre, grand lit confortable, chambre équipée mais certains équipement un peu limité exemple une seule prise secteur pour une chambre de 24m2 Petit déjeuner pas trop varié très peu de crudités de salés, j'ai trouvé les mêmes choses 3 jours d'affilés, aliments pas trop frais car j'ai eu une indigestion 2 fois de suite"

"This is a lovely older property very close to old Brussels and Grand Place but not right in the middle of the crowds. It is very well maintained and has a calm atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. It is a short walk to the central station. The beautiful Galeries de St Hubert are almost across the street and there are many restaurants and waffle cafes. We would definitely recommend it."
