Beautiful location. Hotel felt past its prime, certainly for the price. I think you would get better deal booking direct with hotel as i had to pay extra to use the spa and breakfast, which not made clear until we were sat down for breakfast. Would be unlikely to retirn

We had a lovely time and the staff are amazing - each one we met was incredibly kind and attentive and friendly. The food and drinks are excellent and the location is great - Chipping Campden is well worth a visit. The hotel is very much its 3 and a half stars - it's not as luxurious as its own website ...

Weren't to a local wedding, needed a room and bed for the night. The hotel was great with a night porter and a decent bed. Breakfast the next morning was first class.
