"The hotel is grand and stunning. The service at the front desk is terrible, they were rude, claimed to misplace a reservation I made for my made. If I pay for a room, I expect it to be available and treated with respect. They took forever at checkin, took my card details. At the end they claimed not to have my details again. Very disappointing.
Breakfast at the buffet was unorganized, people just walking in and not forming a queue."

"The property is great, I had a great and safe time staying there, it has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay for business. The gym is small but has literally all the perfect equipment. However front desk staff might come out as difficult to communicate with, I had 3 separate reservations and was reminded about check out every time including deactivating my keys, despite telling them at check in and them having charged me in full, so just be prepared to continuously explain yourself....

"Siamton is conveniently located, and we stayed here a second time because last year we had a great experience. This time though our experience wasn't the same. The quality of the food was mediocre, owing to the fact that there was a new manager, and things were not as organized as they were last year.
The staff at Siamton are approachable and approaching. Everyone welcomed us with a smile and was always there when we needed something done. Mufizur Rahman, one of the employees, was congenial,...
