"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."

"Good, but needed a coffee maker"

"Male reception staff was not welcoming at all. No welcoming words, little response to questions. He seemed uninterested in helping anyone. You had to ask him questions several times to get a response. Plus, he was dressed in a Tshirt. We were not even sure he was part of the hotel. On our last day, the hotel’s water supply just stopped. Luckily, shower was done. When I reported it at the front desk, they didn’t even know that the whole hotel did not have any water. If not for the male reception staff, and awareness of ongoings in the hotel, our stay would have been so much better."

"Very helpful and hospitable staff. Before we even arrived, and through email, staff were very helpful and professional. Their warmth and professionalism stood out at every interaction—whether it was the front desk team greeting me with a smile, and helping me decide my itinerary and how to navigate the city, or the restaurant manager who went gladly offered us complimentary coffee and pastry. Thank you Hilton Double Tree team"

"The bathroom is not clean. Toilet bowel with stains. Shower head is broken. Very noisy, the tram and car right outside the hotel. Terrible experience."
