"Bed and breakfast was great. I only give 5 stars if property is way above my expectations. "

"Room is cleaned, as expected. Check in is swift and precise"

"The hotel has no AC - that’s fine but tell me BEFORE I make the reservation and not when I try to find the switch in the room after checking in!!!! The website would be a great place. Have fans to replace AC (NOT effective) that don’t squeak all night and don’t put me on the top floor where it’s hot as hell. If you offer airport transportation on your website then follow thru. Advising guest to take a $70 taxi or Uber when you arrive because they can’t accommodate a pick up is not acceptable....

"Clean and tidy room. Best shower I have had in a hotel."

"nice spot central friendly staff would recommend"

"This is a rather posh hotel on a restored old college campus. Currently, the area houses art studios, shops, music/art classes, restaurants, food trucks and a Michelin star rated wine bar. The area is very walkable and across from an incredibly beautiful park."

"The service was incredible, we arrived late and he stayed up for us to show us to our room, help carry our bags etc. Would stay again simply for the service."

"Fantastic, clean, centrally located property that is above-average in amenities/value for the price."

"Staff where awesome very helpful and kol to chat with. Sadly a group came in and they messed up the bathroom and showers up stairs. It was very stressful for the staff and other guests. The children where noisy and the group guests ip all night and morning they where very noisy. But the venue was kol and the Staff where awesome. I still recommend the venue to stay at"

"Such a lovely stay. Clean tidy and very quiet. Beautifully decorated. Modern fresh clean feel woth everything you need. Washing machine and dryer. Iron. Heaps of space. Warm, dark curtains. Spacious. Lovely owner and super relaxed setting. Will def stay again!"

"Basic but nice. Friendly, helpful check in, showing us where all the amenities were on our way to our room. Everything was reasonably clean and tidy. We enjoyed the free access to the dining area to make a coffee and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The chiller in the hotel was a bit noisy during the night turning on and off."

"I stayed on the bottom floor. My room was nice, recently updated, great bed and bathroom. But unfortunately I could hear a lot of noise from upstairs (water in the pipes, movement etc) as well as street noise which made it difficult to go to sleep. I recommend asking for a room on the top floor. Be aware there is limited on site parking. There is street parking but there are time limits during the week."

"Booked and paid for a spa studio, no spa in the unit received and no one to talk to as reception is not open or manned. Struggled to understand check in process and then the batteries of the door opener were flat so attempts to open our unit failed . Rang after hours bell and after 3 times with no answer the person assured me they would come and fit new batteries. We waited 4 hours and then left as he never came. Saw other travellers arrive and struggling with the same check in process"

"Lovely property"

"Great peaceful location"

"The room itself wasn't great (quite dated furniture, tiny windows, and some broken items like the bedside lamps which need to be fixed), but strangely the bathroom was quite nice! The carpark under the building was quite tight to get in and out of, and we had to reverse out once to let someone else leave as there's no room to pass on the way in or out. The bed was actually quite comfortable, and the location was convenient for us, so I could have looked past the other issues, if it weren't...
