"Great hotel near lots of eateries and shopping. Near several trains. Staff was nice and courteous, upgraded to an executive suite and so happy we did, room was larger, comfy bed, great view too. Breakfast was a great start to our day good assortment of food. "

"I’m impressed by service of staff. I’d booking Non smoking room which in the room have a smell of cigarette. Hotel staff offer to change the room immediately. Most if staff are friendly and have a service mind to assist you. The location also very convenient. Just above the subway station and can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street."

"Hotel Alps was a great place to stay in Osaka, very close to Dotonbori. The room was very spacious and clean. The only caveat was that there was no luggage transportation option, so I needed to find a nearby Yamato office and walk my luggage there instead."

"The Onsen bath is superb!!! 5 mins. walk to Fuji Q theme park. 10 mins walk to grocery store. 5 mins walk to Train station and bus station. The hotel it self offers breakfast buffet & dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet is good, especially their French toast is super good, I haven’t seen in any other restaurants. We have the view of Mt. Fuji from our room. It is super cool. "
