"The ryokan and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very kind and will take the time to assist as much as possible, even with the language barrier. Breakfast and dinner is included. A free shuttle is available for pickup/dropoff between 2 stations at certain times, inquire when making the reservations. The room with private bath is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely visit again."

One of the staff members even saw us rummaging through a bowl of flags for their "Where are you from" map and we casually mentioned that we couldn't find our country but it was alright, then left for a little walk around the property. "I originally booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios. The property is conveniently located right outside the train station and is a few min walk to the studio gates. The hotel was very clean & staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread. It's not a themed hotel, but will definitely recommend to those looking for a hotel with great value & convenient location. "
