"Hotel is pretty big and the floor plan was a little confusing as you needed to take different lifts depending on where you were going. Signage could be improved. Really impressed with the gym. Had a big selection of machines and weights (probably one of the best equipped hotel gyms I've been in). Rooftop bar and pool were really standout; great outdoor space with views over the city towards the Duomo. Worth staying here just for the rooftop. Drinks at the bar were VERY expensive though. Location was good: took abnout 10/15 minutes to walk to the Cathedral. Tram stop to/from airport directly outside. Room was nice: good size, cool design, big/comfortable bed, decent bathroom, free coffee/water. Overall, good value (esp. considering the rooftop pool) and a really good place to stay."

"The location was great, easy access to the train station and all the popular spots in Florence. We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious, however the shower was designed poorly so a lot of water leaked every time we bathed. Breakfast buffet was standard. Towels provided were extremely old/thin/raggedy and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Overall probably won’t stay here again but will give stars for the good location and spacious room."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The location was perfect for enjoying Florence, and the hotel itself felt comfortable, clean, and well cared for. After long days walking through the city, it was a great place to come back to and relax. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff made us feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence."
