"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service.
The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage.

The only issue there is no nearby transportation. Florence has a bus shuttle that has stops closer to other hotels that we found about later from a member in our tour group to Cinque Terre. Also they are doing construction work in the road in the area, so the taxis have to go around, making it more expensive. Beautiful...

The hotel is somewhat unusual in that the check-in was on the 5th floor of a building with several other businesses, and there is not a typical lobby with a bar or dining area. However, this was no problem for us. Espresso pods and a bottle of water were provided in the room. Air condition was able to be adjusted to our comfort level.
