"Excellent accommodation and communication. We stayed during a freak heat wave with 34 degree temperatures. This lead to ants finding a way in to the apartment. Once reported, the team couldn’t do enough to rectify to the situation including sending someone out to resolve and also giving us the option to move apartment. Clean and spacious rooms, air conditioning, great location. We’re back in a few months and will stay here again."

"Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!"

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

My room on the top floor was gorgeous and a decent size. Depending which room, you may have to navigate stairs, but that was no issue for me.
