"This place was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find Easter treats and pastries, plus coffee and other amenities. The bakery next door and free pastry was also delicious! We would definitely stay here again. "

"The picture of “King” property is misleading as it depicts a grandiose view of several buildings on the park however, the entrance to this property was around the corner on a dismal street. The elevator was a total joke—-it didn’t stop on the 2nd or 3rd floor—-we had to schlep our luggage up one flight or down two! "Amazing little boutique hotel. Beautiful setting for dinner overlooking La Spezia and the harbour. The staff were fantastic and even gave our son some gifts and my wife for her birthday. Thanks guys, it was only 1 night stay on our road trip but it was very memorable."
