"Great location and the room was very clean. The cleaning staff was very respectful. My only issue was that the frontdesk employee (I think he is the manager) was not very welcoming. He wasn't unkind but you definitely get the vibe that he could care less if you were there or not."

"It's a old hotel that has been maintained well. The staff was helpful and friendly. Easy beach access. However the bathroom was incredibly small and could have used some upgrades. My door latch was broken so the swing latch was our privacy back up. A coffee machine and a basket of muffins was unimpressive. A hotel this size should have a sit down cafe at the least."

"We stayed here for the first time and will definitely return! We were very warmly welcomed by the front desk, and she even walked with us toward our room. We stayed in the garden section of the hotel. Our room was charming, clean and overlooked the garden. Unfortunately, we slept right through what appeared to be an appetizing, plentiful breakfast buffet. We sipped our nightcaps in front of the fire in the sitting room (highly recommend the chocolate martini!). The hotel is walkable to everything Rehoboth! Highly recommend!"

"We are retired from Disney and the entire staff’s customer service was excellent. They exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival the front desk member (Feona) greeted us with a big smile and thoroughly explained the amenities. A nightly wine time with cheese and crackers and lots of conversation. Daily at 8 pm they have these incredible chocolate chip cookies ( they never ran out ) Every morning they have a continental breakfast from 7-10 AND at 8am-10 am they have a hot breakfast which was very good. Rob managed the breakfast making sure there was always enough for the guests. The other front desk members and housekeepers also provided great costumer service . We were fortunate to have met the General Manager and assistant manager to thank them for an amazing experience. We were so impressed by the staff, the cleanliness we have already booked future visits. This is a true boutique hotel with all you would want. Add to all we’ve written it’s about 150 feet from the Boardwalk and beach. (They also have beach chairs and nice beach towels.) From our balcony on the third floor we have a great partial view of the beach."
