The TV did not work even though the front desk staff made two trips to our room in attempt to fix it. He was very apologetic. The carpet is filthy. I am surprised this hotel is in the Wyndham family of hotels."

"You would have thought that they would have offered a discount since the elevator didn’t work and hasn’t for at least a couple weeks. The stairs aren’t easy to navigate when you have had two back surgeries. "
