"This is an economy hotel. The stove in my room was rusted. I only stayed 1 night but paid 2. Truly not a great stay but convenient because many places would not let me check in after 10:00 PM and they did."

"The staff were very kind and welcoming however, unfortunately, the hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana from the moment you walked into the elevator then onto the hallways. The room also had an odd smell to it, like it was humid, and the bathroom showerhead kept leaking the whole night even with the valve shut off. Countertops of the bathroom and kitchen weren’t clean either they were all sticky and stained with some brownish residue. There was also a lot of commotion throughout the day and fighting in one of the rooms nearby. It’s funny considering I was told my room was upgraded since the type I had originally booked was no longer available - it did not feel like much of an upgrade at all and I wonder what the standard room is like if this is an upgrade. Unfortunately the stay was not welcoming or safe and I won’t return, even though it is in a nice area, both the price and the aforementioned factors do not make it worth it. "

"They canceled our booking hours before we were supposed to arrive. I opted to pay when I arrived and since they didn’t have payment, they opted to leave me and my family without a place to stay for the night. If they didn’t want to let me pay once I arrived, then they shouldn’t have it as an option. Fortunately, we found a hotel with 2 rooms left a few minutes away. "

"It was okay for visiting and transiting travellers like us. Breakfast is not the real hot breakfast, it’s rather snacks with coffee. For elderly people like us, it’s okay. Front desk personnel are helpful. Dr Mithra "
