"Room had an old smell to it, AC/heater took a bit to turn on. During the night went to use the bathroom and saw a roach in the bathroom. Maybe an old building. Staff was sweet but just need an update."

"Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee. My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way."

But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did.
