"Room wasnt what i paid for. Paid for a king suite with double queens. Got a room with double queens, not a suite. No microwave. Refrigerator wasnt plugged in. Was disappointed with the room. Staff couldn't offer fixes because I booked through Expedia. Couldn't get through to customer service before my stay was over. "

"Had to ask for a different room the same night and it was decent but matched with the nasty attitude of the guest service. After complaining again I was asked to leave. His statement was “we don’t have brand new rooms here” I said I didn’t ask for a new room I asked for a clean and decent room. Worst place I’ve stayed in 2025. I only pick this location because my 2yr old granddaughter with cancer at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital was 7 mins away. Nasty the place and the service "

"It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not."

"When we arrived we were told we had to pay and extra 10 dollars a night for parking and the distance to the garage was about a city block. My husband's health is poor. I had to drop him off and walk alone back to the hotel. I asked two different employees but they said the city made them do it and they had no control. This was in spite of having a parking lot with empty spaces every night. I've told them that nice rooms mean nothing if you have to risk your health and safety. "

"The staff was so nice and breakfast was great! Room was kind of worn and hair on carpet (not mine) and gross smear of something unidentifiable on inside of bathroom door. Also, weirdly no cold water in sink or shower. The water from sink in evenings wasn’t clear but cloudy. Shower was almost unbearably hot. Toilet had slow leak also. But the staff was so nice and breakfast was great! "
