"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

"Staff was curtious and attentive and made sure our of needs were met. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was very convenient, pently of shopping and dinning options near by and a short drive to downtown area."

The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. "When we got there it was no gas in the area which means no hot water. The gas company was out I’m guessing but the water didn’t come on until the middle of the night which was such an inconvenience going to bed having traveled all day and not able to shower"

"This property is in a dodgy part of town. The front doors are locked and a few is required for entry 24/7. This is not an inviting proposition. The room was nice and the breakfast ok but there was nothing that made this property stand out amongst the huge variety of competitors in this accommodation level. We are not likely to stay at this property again and the overall experience makes us more than likely to choose a competitor before Comfort Suites"

"The night staff was rude when we checked in. We waited at the door for awhile and she finally came from outside the building. She seemed mad we needed to check in. Morning staff were friendly but there was an altercation with a guest in the lobby that required the police be called."

"I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna."

"Traveled from 4 hours away for vacation in Cincinnati. Hotel is in a ghetto area, not what I was expecting. However, vicinity was clean. Parking was fine, however, when leaving the parking lot, can be difficult to make left turn if high traffic. There was a $200 hold fee for the purpose if travelers smoked tobacco products inside their rooms (it's a smoke-free hotel hence travelers are penalized if smoking is detected inside rooms).
