"Very well located to see many of Stockholm’s attractions the backstage hotel was a nice place to stay"

"We stayed at Rival 3 nights. We traveled for 2 weeks throughout Europe in May June 2026 and this as the best hotel. A great experience. The staff was so helpful and spent time with us to help us have a great Stockholm experience. The room was spacious and well designed. Everything was new. They had different types of pillows to make sure you had a great sleep. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Order what you want or the buffet. Baked fresh. On the last night we had to leave at 4am and...

"Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff"

"Unfortunately, the room we were assigned after asking for a quiet room was directly over the club. Additionally our sink in the bathroom leaked the entire time. our bed was uncomfortable, and the carpets were very dirty. We had hoped this was going to be one of the nicer hotels we stayed at during our journey, but unfortunately, it ended up being one of our least favorite."

"It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage mitten im Herzen von Stockholm. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Erkundung der Stadt sehr angenehm macht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern eingerichtet und boten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt...

"Snyggt, bra frukost"

"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"The hotel is having construction works which is difficult to appreciate as a Customer. You are not fully aware until you finalise Booking. And it is underrates « we are working on an elevator » while basically all the corridors etc are being renewed. Rooms on the 4th Floor have low ceiling… "

"I was traveling with 2 children ages 8 and 11. We were excited about going to a hotel with a pool. Come to find out that they were not allowed to use the pool. You had to be 16 years old. I did get the breakfast buffet. It was very good. Except the scrambled eggs were under cooked the 1st day, so I didn’t get those. I got the omelette instead which was good. They had a waffle maker station, and tons of other choices. I liked that they let us store our luggage before check in and after check...
