Indoor pool closed at 7 pm—not good if you’re looking to let your kids get some energy out after a long travel day. Overall it was ok. Not quite what I was looking for though."

"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"Because of an overlooking error by another APP, there were many angry room seekers around the city of Mobile, Alabama. Using this app, I made other arrangements to stay at the Hampton Inn in Saraland, Al. The gentleman behind the counter was very cool under pressure, collected and professional in his demeanor. Because the night was hot and humid, after confirming my arrangements, he immediately handed me two bottles of water, coupled with his previously stated traits, immediately abated my frustration with the previous hotel's experience. Making my stay in the pristine accommodations both memorable and enjoyable!!! Before heading to my room, I warned him that there would probably be many others heading here because of the frustrating situation occurring in Mobile with overlooking and these individuals would probably be surly to say the least. He just pleasantly smiled and said he would be here waiting for them. A VERY professional young man.!!!"

"HOTEL. COM YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.., AND THE HOTEL I STAYED IN WAS NASTY AND I HAD TI GO BUY CLEANING ITEMS TO CLEAN I DIDNT STAY BUT ONE IF THE NIGHTS AND I WAS DENIED A REFUND. NOR WAS I ALLOWED TO SEND VIDEO FOOTAGE. . HOW CAN YOU AS A COMPANY REPRESENT SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE AND THEN DENY ME A REFUND??? THE HOTEL MANAGER SLEEPS ON THE COUCH IN THE FRONT HOTEL LOBBY. THE ENTIRE PLACE STANK. WHY NOT HAVE REPRESENTATIVES FROM HOTEL . COM GO CHECK OUT THE LOCATIONS PRIOR TO REPRESENTING THEM."
