"Great B&B in a lovely secluded, quiet and tranquill setting. We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B. "

"Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!"
