"This is the cleanest Hotel I've been in, in a very long time! I cant say enough good thing's about this place! Everyone is so kind. So much fun things to do and the whole grounds are beautiful. My children really enjoyed the pool/Waterpark. 10/10 recommend and will be staying here next visit! Thank you so much!! "

"This property has gone downhill over the past couple of years. Used to be our go to when we were in town at the convention center but that will change going forward. The overall condition has gone down. There was no hot water our entire weekend and going on for a week as I understand it. "

"For the hour we were there it was horrible. Rude front desk person because of complaining about the cleanliness and condition of the room. We took pictures of dead bugs, torn sheets and two obvious damages to the bathroom (wall and sink) which we showed them to the gentleman. Upon trying to get a new room the gentleman stated that all there rooms were the same and if we didn’t like the first room then we wouldn’t like any of the others. Again the worst hotel we’ve experienced in our over 40 years of traveling."
